Arnor Stormwake

Arnor comes from the farms around Ravenfjord. He understands livestock, weather, hard work, and the quiet patience required to keep living things alive through a northern winter. He is also one of the crew’s most capable sailors, trusted by Einar Old Rope when the Sea Raven must make a difficult crossing.

At Saint Bega, Arnor followed Bjorn and Torsten through the eastern passage. He helped secure Abbot Aldwin, crossed the monastery to reinforce the northern battle, and fought through the guards who had killed Hakon, Leif, and Ulf. He then helped carry the bodies back to the ship. Arnor was the last survivor to look back at the monastery as the Sea Raven escaped.

His strongest known family tie is his sister, Ragna Stormwake. She distrusts raiding as a way for men to prove themselves, but she does not diminish what Arnor endured. At the funeral she reminded him that every road he chooses has people waiting at its end.
